It wasn’t CONFLICTING evidence. It was simply the EVIDENCE.
The problem for the pro-riots and looting gang is that the EVIDENCE conflicted with their preconceived lies and conclusions.
If the GJ thought that the evidence was ‘conflicting’ then there would likely have been an indictment. As it turns out, the evidence — both physical & eyewitness — was consistent. That evidence showed that the shooting was justified.
