Every foreign dictator or group (including ISIS) is/are making their move while America has the weakest president in its history. China is building airstrips in contested areas too.. Who's going to stop the spread of tyranny when America itself is embracing it?

Russia, China, Iran, ISIS, etc.. They've got lots of pushing to do by the time Jan. 2017 gets here, and they'll be donating to Hillary for more years of the same.

Ironically, Obama seems to have truly believed that by presenting a humbled US to the world the world would like us better, and tensions would decrease. IMHO he truly believes that this is the way to making the world a safer place. At some level, to him American strength and American pride are the biggest obstacles to a peaceful world.
