The author should research cannabis psychosis. Anyone can have it, even at low levels, but especially those who smoked during adolescence.
Looked up a little more about this. It turns out Cannabidiol reduces cannabis psychosis, but recent marijuana cultivars contain almost no Cannabidiol, and all THC... even though Cannabidiol has the medicinal properties.
