It’s hard to fathom what is more absurd, the idea that a multiple gunshot wound victim would keep coming for more, or that a grand jury would believe it.
I’ve never been accosted by the police, which makes me something of a statistical oddity. I assume however that if I ever am, I would be terrified and I certainly wouldn’t attack an armed officer. I’m not a coward. It’s just that I just don’t have a death wish. And, contrary to some peoples’ opinions, neither do the overwhelming majority of African-Americans.
This is why it’s hard for many to understand Wilson’s story. Basic common sense tells us that if someone has a gun and you don’t, you don’t pick a fight with them and you certainly don’t run at them full speed with your arms out while being fired on. Brown tested positive for marijuana, but not for a drug that historically associated with aggressive behavior like PCP. Nothing in his history supports the notion that he was prone to sudden, heedless violence.
The concept of physically overpowering black males taunting police to shoot them feels like a myth while the prospect of being targeted by an overzealous white person, who’s finger is on the trigger, is a reality that plagues many African-Americans.

What all the white libs cannot comprehend is the obvious truth that Brown was just another ghetto thug who was asking to get his head blown off. Which literally happened. Just like the Trayvon Martin case and the Matthew Shepard case, as the facts roll out libs look at the evidence with disbelieving eyes. This can’t be true they say to themselves. These are our favorite pet groups...blacks and homosexuals. They cannot be guilty of any crimes.

“Common Sense” by:
Getting high, then
Stealing store merchandise,
Strong arming the clerk,
Failing to obey lawful police orders,
Slamming the door on the officers leg,
Punching the officer in the face,
Trying to take the officers handgun,
Charging the officer like a football lineman,
Getting himself killed.
Enough about “Common Sense,” MSNBC.

Ms. Harris-Perry is apparently unrelenting in her quest to issue more and more ridiculous statements. It’s hard to fathom that man landed on the moon, too. That has no bearing on the reality, especially for a self-professed intellectual piece of vapidity like this one who thinks they are so much smarter than anyone else.

By all indications, Michael Brown was dumber than day-old dirt. THAT might explain why he kept charging an armed cop. Never discount the power of sheer stupidity.
People also need to keep an open mind that sometimes people react irrationally.
Back in law school a guy I knew was having an extended fling with a married classmate. Over time the pair got sloppy and her husband caught them.
He was in his mid forties and not a fighter, while her boyfriend was in his mid 20s and in excellent shape. Hubby was so outraged at witnessing his marital bed defiled that he challenged the young guy. Putting his hands on the young guy while he was busy was a definite mistake, as hubby got his head handed to him in a lopsided confrontation with a naked guy that only lasted a few seconds.
Did hubby keep a cool head? No. If you take the situation out of context, he acted foolishly in picking a fight he had almost no chance of winning. Sometimes, people do dumb things.
Folks....notice how you have not seen any opinion polls relative the Obama/Holder/Booker/Sharpton....”Gentle Giant”....Obamabot, would be cop killer and thug, Michael Brown!!! Interesting!!! Why? Graham said the examination indicated a shot traveled from the tip of Brown’s right thumb toward his wrist. The official report notes an absence of stippling, powder burns around a wound that indicate a shot fired at relatively short range.
But Graham said, “Sometimes when it’s really close, such as within an inch or so, there is no stipple, just smoke.”
The report on a supplemental microscopic exam of tissue from the thumb wound showed foreign matter “consistent with products that are discharged from the barrel of a firearm.”

The official autopsy also confirmed that tissue from Brown was found on the exterior of the driver’s side of Wilson’s vehicle.
“Someone got an injury that tore off skin and left it on the car,” Graham said. “That fits with everything else that came out. There’s blood in the car, now skin on the car, that shows something happened right there.”
The toxicology test, performed by a St. Louis University laboratory, revealed tetrahydrocannabinol, THC for short, in Brown’s blood and urine.
Alfred Staubus, a consultant in forensic toxicology at the Ohio State University College of Pharmacy, said that THC could impair judgment or slow reaction times but that there was no reliable measurement to make those conclusions.
States that have legalized marijuana have struggled with the issue of how to measure impairment.
“The detection of THC in the postmortem blood of Michael Brown really indicates his recent use of marijuana (within a few hours) and that he may or may not have been impaired at the time of his death,” Staubus wrote in an email.
I can’t help but notice that the parents of Michael Brown never miss an opportunity to wear Bloods colors. I’m just saying...
Looked up a little more about this. It turns out Cannabidiol reduces cannabis psychosis, but recent marijuana cultivars contain almost no Cannabidiol, and all THC... even though Cannabidiol has the medicinal properties.

Having read your blog posting “Darren Wilson And George Zimmerman Described Mike Brown and Trayvon Martin The Same Way” I find it interesting how you skipped over the fact that Brown attacked Wilson in the police car punching him in the face several times while attempting to grab the officer’s gun, which went off in the car. That was the first shot fired which is not the first shot you describe in your commentary.
You also omitted how the 6’5” tall 289 pound “gentle giant” robbed and manhandled a diminutive shopkeeper just prior to assaulting a police officer.
Your agenda driven selective reporting is typical of your ilk.
As for Trayvon Martin’s close friend’s statement about Martin being a good human, good humans don’t try to pound neighborhood watchman’s heads into the cement while stating you’re going to die tonight.
Are you really that naïve? Take off your blinders lady. You will get a better view of the real world around you before it bites you in the ass.
