This whole Ferguson fiasco is for me just another example of how emotional decision makers make decisions.
1. The first make the decision.
2. They then seek facts to support their decision already made.
3. They are blind to any facts which would not support their decision already made.
4. They attack anyone who may bring facts contrary to their decision or asks questions of which the answers might reveal facts contrary to their decision already made.
5. If the attacks do not work on their opposition they become paranoid and play the victim by demonizing their opposition.
It’s just like falling in love!!!!
There are simple techniques that manipulate human consciousness in order cause them to make emotional decisions. They are very similar to stage hypnosis induction techniques. Many politicians are masters of these manipulation skills. (And most TV evangelists!!!)
it’s why they did away with “flash” advertising
And, once understood it works for almost anything, like selling the "Pet Rock", for example.
Speak to the level where the consciousness dwells, in the language spoken there, and it's easy to shape the desired outcome.
Or, better/much worse yet, move consciousness to the level/frequency you want and keep it there, via mental/emotional loop traps baited with a compelling mix of truth and false assumptions and set off by the resulting unthinking, quick reactions.
Once the trap is sprung, it's like quicksand and the victim's thoughts and emotions get stuck in the loop fighting against themselves over false assumptions mixed and confused with truth.
These marketing techniques can be used in a fun way, like with creating a "must have" fad thing like the Pet Rock, but not so much fun when done to advance political ideology and societal transformation.
For example, if you set those traps in a school setting with young and unsuspecting, open and trusting minds. Bingo! Calibrated arrested development in an advancing, growing society, and all that can be done with it by those in a political hierarchy who see this as not a tragedy, but rather a very valuable resource.
These are higher level traps for a higher frequency of consciousness than the physical level shackles and chains of old and they are very effective.
This is what I think of when I see Ferguson, our most recent example, and our current political state of consciousness.
I guess things have to be like this, otherwise they would be different. In a way, these times feel like we're a bit more than half-way through the semester and learning all we need to know to pass this class, in order to get the credits we need to graduate to the next grade or level/frequency of consciousness.
