sraeli singer Amir Benayoun released a song Sunday about a theoretical Arab Israeli youth stabbing Jews, garnering accusations of racism as Israel copes with a wave of attacks by East Jerusalem residents
“It’s true that I am just ungrateful scum,” Benayoun sings in “Ahmed loves Israel.”
“It’s true, but I am not guilty, I wasn’t brought up on love. It’s true that the moment will come when you will turn your back on me, and I’ll stab you right in the back.”
In the song, one version of “Ahmed” lives in Jerusalem, studies at the Hebrew University, and is well-liked. In another, he lives in Tel Aviv, managing gas balloons near a kindergarten.
“Who benefits from all worlds like I do? Today I am moderate and smiling. Tomorrow… I will send to hell, a Jew or two,” the lyrics go.
On Monday, Meretz MK Issawi Freij called on the police to investigate Benayoun for incitement to violence. Comments on Benayoun’s Facebook page called him a racist, while others urged him not to apologize.

President Rivlin has asked that Amir be disinvited to an event at which he'll appear, and Minister Aurbach of Yisrael Beteinu has said that he would not attend the event, which he organized, if Amir is disinvited.

I find it hilarious the meat cleaver and hatchet fans are upset about the truth.
Arabs ARE savages. If Meretz doesn’t like it, they can go take a hike.
Arabs in Israel seem to be very much like blacks in the US. They do what they want and you better don’t say a word, unless you want to be considered racist. So, you are white, Christian or Jew, probably male? Tough luck, the world does not care about you!

He’s just revealed there are no moderate muslims all muslims are terrorists when then situation is right.
That is about the funniest thing I've read from the Palestinian point of view. Just rolling on the floor laughing thinking of all of the overt violence they perpetrate.
A mere Imam-in-training from a second-rate madrassa incites more violence than Amir Banayoun did with this little ditty. Does Issawi want us to start rounding them up, too?
