The European press does a ridiculous job of reporting on American affairs. They're a bunch of liberal poofters who often simply make things up. Read Bruce Bawyer's "While Europe Slept."

I remember back when Palin was fresh in the news, one of the British papers printed some alleged Palin quotes that sounded dubious to me. So I looked up the alleged source of her comments, and she had not said what they claimed she said, not even in the most liberal paraphrase imaginable. So, these protesters today are probably acting on even worse information than the American protesters are.

Yeah. I notice that we're getting a lot of Daily Mail yellow journalism blurbs on FR lately. Perhaps some of that needs examination by our moderators for content. Is the way this (London>) source gets more coverage by permissive use of their product?

The articles do not seem to be very friendly, IMHO.
