On Aug. 9 in Ferguson, Mo., Darren Wilson, a white police officer, shot and killed Michael Brown, an unarmed black teenager. Brown's body was left in the street for four hours.
Brown's killing was a familiar American tragedy in a country where young black men between the ages of 15 and 19 are 21 times more likely to be shot by police officers than young white men of the same age.

Dude, seriously? Review the facts man! You’re a lawyer aren’t you? What is your concept regarding the rule of law and consequences for breaking the law, intended or unintended?
The comparison is a good one. People rioting-destroying their own communities- while screaming ‘LOVE US’, WE AR NOT ANIMALS, WE ARE GOOD- just illustrates the very prejudice they protest! Muslims scream ‘we are peaceful’ while demanding death- ironic!
The reason young black men are considered thugs is that SO MANY of them act like thugs, perpetuating the discrimination! Then their community supports that behavior and demands society stop pre-judging them? Insanity. Stereotypes have their basis in fact somewhere, in this case it’s self-perpetuating. Rioting and destroying things NEVER gets you more love and respect.

It is not surprising that their paper caters to their audience and cherry-picked comments “from around the world” to try to show that they have world-wide support for their liberalism.
Every family seems to have an uncle of whom they are embarrassed. It stands to reason the paper could find on such person in any country they chose, that agrees with their ideology.
I even agree with the libs that it is time to have a serious discussion about race — but not with their delusional, one-sided blame-game starting point.
This would necessitate empirical data and research and yes, even Charles Murray’s Bell Curve... no matter how uncomfortable this makes one feel.
No problem can ever be solved if you ignore half the research (or in the instant case — the vast majority of the research)no matter how displeasing and uncomfortable the research makes us feel — even if it does force us to admit certain truths.

Michael Brown was caught on camera stealing items froom a store, seen on that video shoving around the store owner when confronted about stealing, was asked to get out of the street by the cop, attacked the cop and then tried to grab his weapon and got shot inside the Police car.
He started to walk away when the cop got out of the car to arrest him, then Michael Brown charged the cop thinking he was faster than the cop, but was shot dead.
Anti-white racists who just hate white people for no reason, think this was about police brutality, but ignore that this 18 year old MAN, old enough to be a MARINE or SOLDIER was a thief, committed assault on a store owner and a cop, and then got shot attacking the cop a second time.
Stoopid people also use phrases to incite, like, “His body was in the street 4 hours”. Thats because there was a police investigation going on, collecting evidence, photographing the scene, taking video, collecting spent ammunition from the cop, taking witness statements...It takes more than 5 minutes.
This incident is being used by the standard anti-white race baiting hate mongers who make money of other people’s troubles.
The comments that black men are more likely to get shot by a white cop is totally misleading, for over 80% of all black men killed in the US are killed by other BLACK MEN in crime situations, yet for some reason, when a criminal attacks a cop, tries to steal his gun, and then rushes the cop a second time AFTER being shot and he loses, for some reason it is a white person’s fault?
The anti-white racism in this nation is due to the brainwashing of the American black poopulation by our media and the democrat party, who use black people as photo ops but never do a thing to lift them out of their poverty, but try their best to keep them on welfare or help their women kill their babies through abortion. Our media is quick to exonerate every black person of any action, and will cover up all crimes and bad behaviour of a black man or democrat politicians, white included, just to blame all things on white republicans and people even remotely associated with being Christian.
Ask yourself, why are almost all abortion clinics in the black sections of cities?

One last thing, the NRA was created , as one of its purposes, to train and arm former slaves to defend themselves against the KKK. Republicans did that.

Furthermore black people made up 47% of murder arrests, 49% of murder victims, and 30% of people killed by the police in 2012. This according to the website The Straight Dope.
Since blacks are TWENTY-FIVE times more likely to commit the crimes than whites, clearly not enough are shot.
I think the objective was to arrest the dude, look what happened instead. If Wilson had called for backup first, Mikey would have known he was outnumbered.
The lesson of Ferguson: Don’t call a cop a pussy, don’t punch him in the face, and don’t try to grab his gun. For all you unarmed black teenagers out there, follow those simple rules and you’ll probably not meet Michael Brown’s fate.
Most of the people quoted in the article directly make money on societal conflict and so why isn’t that factored in as a conflict of interest? Media is supposed to report the news, not make it.
Screw what the world thinks. The streets of Ferguson are one thug less and more safe because a cop did what he was trained to do. The “planet of the apes” mentality from Obama, Holder and Sharpton has finally awakened even liberals that their agenda is rotting within. Liberalism and the democRATs are burning and self destructing and I’m loving it!

I think the conclusion I would go with is that the police seem to be acting with deference if anything. Giuliani might have made people mad, but that is because sometimes the truth itself is unpleasant.
You don’t arrest a huge guy by yourself just because you have a gun.
Wilson did call for back-up before he confronted Brown. Then Brown attacked Wilson in the police vehicle, and tried to get his gun. This all happened in about a minute, before the back-up arrived to the scene.
Perhaps you should become more familiar with the facts before making your conclusion, and posting untruths.
