In interview, Darren Wilson says there was "no way" Michael Brown had his hands up during shooting

The Ferguson, Mo. police officer who shot and killed an unarmed black teenager in August said in an interview aired on Tuesday that there was "no way" Michael Brown had his hands up right before he was killed -- disputing one of the core controversies at the heart of a case that touched off nationwide protests and racial unrest.

especially now that marijuana is becoming illegal [I assume you meant "legal"] ...one must ask...will there be future situations like this as well??

Any increase in marijuana use after legalization will pretty much by definition be among socially adjusted people for whom the previous illegality of marijuana was reason enough to not use it. Sociopaths like Brown already have ready access to marijuana and no compunction about using it.

Obama and Holder declarations from the first day of the death of the young Black killed by white cop were directed to incite the racial riots. Upon their conscience, or lack of it, rest the main responsibility for the Ferguson riots.

The thug had already tried to take Wilson’s firearm once and was CHARGING back at him. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that Brown was intent on taking his firearm.

If Wilson didn’t shoot to kill, he was gonna be dead in mere moments.

But the idiots who support Brown, no matter what the facts are, simply refuse to think beyond their narrow heads.
