She needs to address that plea to those blacks who are killing other blacks.
She also needs to convince black parents of the same...Does anyone ANYONE here no of ANYBODY’s child who would behave in such a way toward a cop the way Michael Brown did that day? Do you know ANYONE who would act in such a way?
Yesterday, one of my black students said that “Anyone would have acted the way Michael Brown did toward that cop.”
My jaw dropped and I realized I would be able to teach that student precious little.
