The plight of uninsured Americans and the hardships created by unfair insurance company practices certainly needed to be addressed, This unfair crap always bugs me.
Corporations dont do things that are unfair; it is not in their interest to do so.
If a corporation is doing something it is because it makes financial sense to do so.
It is a simple fact that the poor do not have much expendable income available to buy top of the line insurance policies if a policy of any kind. But then there is Medicaid.
Some people on the other hand simply chose not to buy healthcare insurance (which is fair because it is their choice).
Saying that personal choices made by free people are unfair is rhetorical fraud.

Insurance companies and Lawyers are the problem with healthcare. They are nobodies friend except their own.

What financial sense was Home Depot making when they were sponsoring gay pride events?

ALL TRUE! And I'll add a couple more things: health insurance has been operating on a tiny profit margin for many years...and it takes a real moron to want his insurance company to be poor. If the check for the EKG bounces, you can forget getting the bypass operation......think about it.
