The prosecutor had his orders from DC no doubt.
You caught that, too, huh.
I heard this morning that it was unanimous but I don't remember where. Maybe someone else did also and remembers the source.
I hope it was unanimous.
You are correct. The forensic evidence points to the police mans story and that the other stories were flat out perjury; falsely started out with the perp accomplice who has a history of making false statements to the authorities.
The “conflicting” accounts were from people who were actally not there, were there and actually saw nothing, or told a story of what they felt must have happened based on what someone had told them.
The co-perpetrator of the strong armed robbery gave the police a false story of the Brown shooting to deflect culpability of the robbery away from himself. It worked.
When will this lying bustard who has cause so much misery and havoc face justice?
Yes, I know. His first lies about being shot in the back and with his hands up surrendering have been proven to be outright lies, but are now part of liberal myth. That guy got picked up for making false statements in another case.
“But nothing happens to him.”
The statute of limitations does not apply to murder cases. John Q. Public can remind government prosecutors and Dorian Johnson of this risk of prosecution for a lifetime to come.
“Am I reading this right? Did it really take 6 journalists to write a story.......”
It is NBC after all
Exactly. We can all see what NBC is doing with this piece.
