It's a scourge to the people who had their stores looted and burned in Ferguson over the last 4 months.

Oh no doubt. So why not shoot shoplifters on sight too? We don't have shoot on sight powers in this country. I wouldn't want us to. If someone is looting or setting fire to something then arrest them, indict them, try them, and jail them.
