As the sun came up this morning in Ferguson, Missouri, it revealed destroyed businesses, burnt cars and wreckage from the riots that erupted after a grand jury cleared Officer Darren Wilson in the shooting death of teenager Michael Brown.
A row of scorched cars covered in soot sat in a parking lot in nearby Dellwood, a manager surveyed the burned down building of the gas station where she works, and business owners assessed smashed windows and rubble from the fires.

Perhaps tonight the real shooting will begin and the looters and arsonists will get what they truly deserve.

uhm...yes, I do believe I said that in the rest of my comment.
You are undoubtedly correct - even if someone wanted to rebuild there it would be next to impossible to find an insurance company that would cover it.
So what will be the legacy of Ferguson...
1. another failed city
2. a new low in acceptable behavior by blacks
3. more constraints on the police
4. more kowtowing to the race hustlers by all levels of government
5. more whites getting fed up
6. ???

Just going by past history. The blacks bellyached in LA that no one would rebuild there. Oh gee I wonder why? Maybe they don’t want to get looted and burned down again! There will be nothing but vacant lots.
Well except for that one building that Planned Parenthood will build on. Or try to. Think I’m kidding? I’m willing to bet money on it.
