Because I have spent the last three decades trying cases in courtrooms around the country and I have a pretty good sense when a witness is using words contrived by lawyers to make a point. I'm not saying that Wilson didn't feel that way; I am saying that his reference to Hulk Hogan to express how he felt, seems contrived to paint a picture and make a point to a target group that is likely of the same generation as the Hulk.

I believe he felt totally overpowered by Mike Brown. That would definitely be the case when Brown has all the leverage while standing over Wilson. Wrestling a 300 plus pound guy while you’re in a seated position puts even the strongest guy at a severe disadvantage.
