I live on the far NW side of Houston. The black kids here are respectful. All of my encounters are with kids on the job. They’re really good kids. They say “Yes, sir” and “No, sir”. They speak English and wear their pants pulled up to the waistline. Seldom see a hoody.
That's my experience here in Arlington, Texas. A lot of black, middle-class families that are as happy as I am to not live in or near a ghetto.
