In the urban plantations, when a Black innocent person is killed, not as the result of their own actions, and it's not believed that the person who killed them was not Black, nobody outside the deceased's immediate circle of family/friends gets mad.
You are describing what I called “community agitators”, FRiend.
I understand that there are many communities where the agitators hold outsized sway, but I am focusing on the difference between the aggrievement industry and on real communities, where people band together for common good while defending themselves as well.
