I disagree. I think the looting would have happened anyway. Groups simply would have had more time to plan and target imho.

If you ask most of these freaks, most of them wouldn't even know who brown is. This riot is designed to do only two things - loot and break things.
Something has to be done about the welfare state. These brats have nothing else to do with their lives. They're all dead inside.
