At this point in time it doesn't matter who the next Sec. of Defense is. The person who's selected will be too busy imposing Obama's and the Democrats' weird, bizarre social policies and experiments on the military and can't be bothered to defend the country.
So let it be Al Sharpton or Rosie O'Donnell or Obama's favorite boy toy from Man's Country.
