May as well station police outside of the bars. 90% of the folks leaving together after 11PM would fit this description.
This appears to be largely a revival of the ancient common law crime of seduction.

Laz better avoid NJ. :>)
Looks like this lawmaker got caught up in the game and is pissed.
Wow, taking he said/she said to an all new level while at the same time depriving humanity of the opportunity for a well deserved giggle at the expense of gold diggers of both genders.
So no bill charging these people as being deferred payment prostitutes?
Was this bill introduced on a Monday after a particularly embarrassing weekend?
Let’s attach a rider making push-up bras and other false female enhancements a form punishable fraud too.
After all, if a guy spent a load to woo some attractive honey, only to open the bag of chips and find it half-empty, then he is do a bit of compensation.
Just sayin’.
Implied warranty of suitorability. Ought to be a contract case not a crime.
What about politicians??? They defraud on a daily basis and we all get screwed.
When I was in high school a strikingly beautiful girl lived near us.
One day a friend of mine told me she stuffed her bra with kleenex. I told her and she said he was mad because she had turned him down.
The next day she sat beside me on the bus and I happened to notice one of the buttons on her blouse was undone. She was wearing a bra but I could see enough to tell she was all real.
That was 50 years ago and just a few months ago, I was remembering that time. It suddenly hit me. She left that blouse open on purpose.
Our name is Equality 7-2591 and we must be assigned our mates from the Ministry of Replenishment. Enjoy our Brave New World!
(Hahaha, there is 3 references in that one!)
Or, we could just legislate that sexual activity is done in this manner: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k80UQWWUIYs
So if I sez to a woman that I’m swayve and daboner, they’d figger I was lyin’?
“Under a bill recently proposed by a south Jersey lawmaker, such actions would not only be considered dishonest. They could prompt charges of rape.”
I almost want this bill to pass, but only because karma will surely dictate that “lawmaker” will run afoul of their own law and it would be hilarious.
So at what point does it become rape? If a man says he has 10 million and on actuality only has 8 or 9?
If it weren’t for at least a bit of deception most of us would never have sex.
Make-up, hair coloring, etc.
For your own protection, make a video recording of your love making and all that is said before the act. Then email it to her family as proof that you’re not a rapist. Yeah, that’ll help.
Uh...looking at it the other way ‘round:what about prostitution charges? If they’re doing it for the money this applies.
