or how long? I can get copies of the memos that he signed on Friday. They are on the White House Web site. There is no EO.

My understanding is that the memos will cause the agencies to draft regulations, which will then be subjected to public hearing. Eventually, upon their promulgation, which could take mmonths, they can be challenged by the Congress (and those impacted by them).

In other words, there is little (or no) action that might be taken immediately.

I've read the memos. They are available.

They require the executive department employees to follow existing law.

Nothing has changed. Obama is no closer to amnesty than he was a month ago.
