Bachmann was unimpressive in her “debates” with the other failed Republican contenders in 2012. She should have stuck to her guns then when it mattered.

True conservative, but she could not break out of the 2012 pack; Rick Santorum beat her to the punch, and then he folded by not qualifying for the VA ballot, where he lives now. No wonder Republican primary voters flocked to Romney. They were looking for a familiar name.
