Ok I'm trying to understand this “no executive order, we've all been had” line of argument. How does it benefit Obama to lie, and what specifically is he lying about? If there is no EO, then is he not still granting de facto amnesty and few, if any, deportations? I can see how nothing has changed if there is no actual EO, but why is it so crucial to have the physical “document” in order for you to believe that this was not a setup?

Answering these questions out of order, Obama benefits if he can get over 5 million Undocumented Democrats amnesty.

So you second question is what everybody here is having issues about, since it he (Obama) has not issued any official orders or actions which remotely resemble what he has said he was going to do, yet the Republicans are inexplicably acting as though he did, instead of taking the logical path of calling his bluff, and destroying any remaining credibility he has left.
