Hold on..that is a wise move to fail.

If no decision comes down or since this group fails...then what does that mean? Is it over? or will another group take their place, since Holder & Zero want to put their two cents in; but cannot be done before Thanksgiving...then the bad guys have to go home for awhile. T

The NG will probably go too...soon.

There can never be a fail. By MO law, there are 12 members on a GJ. They vote. It takes 9 to proceed with charges, otherwise it is a No Bill. IOW, this whole article is a sham and nothing but more stupid reporter tricks.
