For whom?
For hundreds of thousands of law-abiding people and property owners, plus LE officers, who will suffer in proportion to the intensity of pending community-organized violence, looting, and arson. Every time the rioters get wound up and the announcement is deferred it takes some of their energy away, as does winter weather. The public is also getting more and more fed up with their criminal antics, which might increase the political will to crack down on them harder.
Wilson’s life and career in the St. Louis area were ruined permanently the moment he did his duty. Delays in the GJ decision are probably agonizing, but being murdered is his biggest problem. Another State-level GJ indictment can be sought, and the feds will also torture him with possibility of civil rights charges, until the statute of limitations expires.
I disagree. All this time has allowed the likes of Obama to build hatred towards Wilson. Had they finished the investigation and either handed an indictment or cleared him there would not have been time for them to organize all around the country as they have. As it is they have give the race crowd time to build hatred and create a climate of fear.
