Unclear what is happening in Ramadi right now. ISIS is claiming victory and control over Ramadi, other tweets say they were beaten back. We do not have any corresponents in Ramadi and other contested areas of Iraq and Syria, so we are at the mercy of foreign interpretations of the news.
