They don’t have money to pay big fines. Liberals will whine that this punishes them for being poor, and activists will compare their past work to slavery and demand reparations. Then some liberal judge will say the fines are unconstitutional.
Obamacare fines are “Constitutional” for us, but you are right, I’ll bet this is what will be the next outcry.
