The Republicans hold both the House and Senate in the next session.

Not sure what they're supposed to do until they assume control of the Senate. Harry Reid is still able to control what gets an up-and-down vote in the Senate.

Ranting now accomplishes nothing. Revealing their plans now, only gives Obama two months to formulate a response.
