Well, if impeachment is off the table, this would require a tribunal which would simply invalidate a particular action of the president.

Incidentally, I’ve gotten one response from a lawyer who said the only actions possible are impeachment, de-funding, and lawsuits.

If Congress will not move to impeach why would we think they would convene a tribunal???

Obama would no doubt make impeachment or a tribunal as a political issue to incite riots and uprising. That is what 'Community agitators' do. It is also what every Marxist dictator does to secure their power.

We have to assume any attempt to hold Obama to account at this point will be met with such efforts. We also must understand that refusal to attempt to hold him to account, sets permanent precedent and justification for his dictatorship.

Obama is in a 'win-win' position and he knows it, which is why he is so totally in-our-face about this Amnesty.

Well, he is wrong. Those may be the limits of 'civil' recourse against a defacto dictator, but those are not the only actions possible.

We kill what is left of liberty ourselves if we limit our discussion and analysis of what has to be done to the civil and legal arena, which as we will see - has already been corrupted and usurped to the advantage of the Oligarchy and their Monarch.

What I am saying is we should look to impeachment, but we should not rest our hopes in it.

We also need to be discussing other options and recourses should that effort fail.

Perhaps all of them at the same time with a fall-back should all civil measures fail to arrest this tyranny.
