Either the Repub leadership knows that Obama is in effect acting outside the Constitution, thus weakening it for further destruction later, and are complicit, which makes them all traitors; or, they are clueless to that destruction, in which caee they need to step down and put people in their place who will act to stop him, or prosecute him for crimes against the state.
