My point was that just because they spoke doesn’t infer kowtowing. And Sharpton said they don’t agree which means Paul probably wasn’t very accommodating. And, um, I’m a cop in NYC. So Sharpton is pretty far down on my preferred-lunch-guest list.
My point was why would any one with any ounce of respect for self and the people they represent even consider sitting at the same table as a criminal?
