It should be kept in mind that the homicide rate among Japanese Americans is even less than the Japanese in Japan. Cultural difference sometimes matter even more than the prevelance of guns.

Agreed. Consider, for instance, that according to the Bureau of Justice Statistics, only about 7.7% of all homicides in the US occur in rural areas. The base homicide rate translates to something like 1.7 per 100,000, which is roughly the same as Canada and much of Western Europe. Of course, we all know rural US gun ownership rates are very high.

Apparently, high rates of gun ownership aren’t the problem, as much as the libtards want to believe.
