Since the constitution is very clear that only congress can set immigration If I were in congress I would pass a sense of the congress resolution asking fast track action for a law suit before the SCOTUS on Obama’s actions, and a stay of execution of Obama acting on his unilateral amnesty buy the SCOTUS, a clear injunction by the SCOTUS on the checks and balances and powers of each branch government.
Why have a congress if their powers are usurped?
