What makes you think they would tell you about it, or announce it? Just because you don't see something, doesn't mean it's not happening.

I am advocating that a plan of action be in place and ready to go Friday. I am doubtful there is one, in part because Boehner and McConnell, and to some extent, Perry, support what Obama is doing, but want to pretend that they don't. Evidence of support is evidence of absence, too.
