Obama cares nothing for the Constitution and is assuming dictatorial powers. Impeachment while well deserved would be a disaster for the GOP. Look at Clinton's impeachment.... he committed a crime, perjury, as part of a tawdry sexual affair. Democrats had no problem standing shoulder to shoulder with Clinton and the media defended him. An Obama impeachment would again solidify Democrats, the media is even more in the tank for Obama and the race card would be played with abandon.

Isn't there some way to have the Supreme Court rule Obama's action is unconstitutional without winding the way through lower courts? I expect there will be a firestorm with Obama's unlawful action.

we can hire a lawyer to apply to the Supreme court for an emergency injunction to stop this unconstitutional executive amnesty order. or we can get one of our state attorney generals o do it as in the attorney general of Texas.

Do partisan politics exonerate the Reps for performing their Constitutional duties? Our Founders wrote this, "And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor." We should demand no less.
