This sounds like he is lowering rhetoric. He’s laying out what he can do. Unless he’s misspeaking he’s not saying he will detail what he is going to do. Can vs will.
I am seriously thinking about skipping the family Thanksgiving dinner because of this. Thanksgiving and Christmas are the only times that I sit down with liberals. I did not chose my relatives. I think I would puke if 0bama’s ugly face appears on the TV and the liberals start their 0bama worship service in my presence. On Thanksgiving all that I want is good food and football. FUB0.
