Republicans and third-party representatives filed a formal complaint Monday with the Colorado Secretary of State demanding the release of all election records after partisan election judges allegedly infringed on the ability of election watchers to monitor vote-counting.
Watchers effectiveness has been marginalized, and watchers rights to challenge voters and judges decisions have been infringed, according to the complaint, which was obtained by The Daily Caller.
The complaint involves all 2014 races in Colorado, including the U.S. Senate race won by Republican Cory Gardner, but the Senate and gubernatorial races in the state will not be swung at this point by the release of new information. Colorado State House races, in which Democrats won a majority, are liable to be disputed.
Election watchers and county party officials from the Republican, Libertarian, and American Constitution Parties want information to be released about vote-counting procedures in Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Jefferson, and Pueblo counties.
Republicans allege that some Democrats changed their party affiliation to sign up as Republican election judges in key counties. At least one example of this practice was confirmed in Boulder county. Election judges allegedly marginalized Republican election watchers with unilaterally imposed rules, according to the complaint.
In some counties where we have attempted to watch election processes underway, clerks are not allowing watchers to review any of the records being used or generated in the conduct of the election, according to the complaint. Additionally, parties requests for documents are being treated as public records requests, which are taking two or more weeks to fulfill.
Additionally, numerous partisan election judges were recruited and appointed by the clerks without the required request made to the party chairs prior to the election, and without the approval by the party chairs, according to the complaint.
The signature verification process for mail-in ballots is being disputed.
In numerous counties, if not the majority of counties where signature verification watching was attempted, watchers were unable to appropriately and responsibly review signatures and the signature acceptance/rejection decisions. This prevented responsible challenges to questionable signatures except in very rare cases, according to the complaint.
A routine practice of the Bronx Democratic Party for half a century and more.
Voter fraud should require a very long stay in prison.
maybe this will expose a bit of the fraud rife in colorado now.
Why would Gardner win and Chikn also win? Makes no ballot sense.
Kinda like Harry Reid’s last election. He won, the R Gov. candidate lost.
I meant Reid won, but the RAT gov lost. Ticket splitting just doesn’t happen.. it’s a product of manufactured vote fraud.
Colorado Ping ( Let me know if you wish to be added or removed from the list.)
I think Gardner won because people were tired of a one-trick pony and Obama ass-kisser like Udall, and ready for a change...
Chickenpooper won because once again the conservative leaning vote split...
According to the Denver Post, John Hickenlooper (Dem) received 49.0%, or 977,711 votes...
Bob Beauprez (GOP) received 46.2%, or 921,204 votes...
Matthew Hess (Lib) received 1.9%, or 38,226 votes...
And conservative Mike Dunafon (Una) received 1.1%, or 23,187 votes...
Together the (more) “conservative” side got 982,617 votes; enough to defeat The Hick by 4906 votes...
Party trumps person...We’ll be governed by a Democrat or a Republican under our current system...As much as we might not like the GOP, the Lib, Constitution or an unaffiliated candidate is extremely unlikely to win any time soon...
So thank the people who couldn’t vote for Beauprez because he wasn’t dynamic enough, or you wanted Tancredo (like me), or stayed home in protest...
Now we have 4 more years of the ‘Looper...
And that from a registered Libertarian, pragmatist and heretic...
Well, it sounds like y’all have a good rope on your RATS, and can force Chikn to figurehead status...
I really resent what’s happened to CO, they tried it with Battleground TX, lost their asses.
Maybe this will swing the Colorado House as a number of races look too close to call.
The Senate is already GOP but if vote fraud is born out, the House could also fall under GOP control.
It sure looked like funky business going on throughout the vote count as I closely watched these same counties.

You did a great job.
Thanks for your informed commentary.
” a very long stay in prison” Plus the permanent removal of the right to vote and a permanent lifetime restriction on any association with any election or any campaign or any government employment.

That works for me.

Of all the methods used (preponderantly by 'Rats) over a century or more to cheat in elections, I had never heard of exactly this one before, though there are some locations, mostly in inner cities, where no Republican poll watchers are brave enough to go.
This is especially significant in a state like Colorado which went to essentially an all mail-in ballot system this year. Thus all ballots had to be handled in some respect by election officials after they had been completed by voters and returned.
Colorado Republicans are extremely fortunate that they could gain a clear-cut victory in the Senate race under such adverse conditions.
Hopefully, the GOP SOS in Colorado will be able to get to the bottom of this mess and the cheating election judges will pay a price.
This was first reported last month.
From October 29, 2014: Democrats Accused Of Posing As Republican Election Judges In Colorado
The Colorado secretary of state is investigating allegations that some Boulder County Republican election judges are actually Democrats in disguise.Boulder County GOP Chairwoman Ellyn Hilliard initially raised the alarm when visiting polling locations where she didnt recognize some of the GOP judges who are tasked with comparing voter signatures on mail ballots to protect against vote fraud.
She became alarmed when she noticed some ballots whose signatures clearly didnt match those on file for the voter being accepted.
Deputy Secretary of State Suzanne Staiert began investigating and confirmed to the Daily Camera that she found some troubling inconsistencies with some election judges.
One of them was a Democrat who had changed party affiliation on Oct. 10, so we are concerned that Boulder didnt follow the list, then resorted to advertising for these positions, she told the paper.
Hilliard submitted a list of 95 potential Republican election judges to the Boulder County election coordinator after the GOP caucus earlier in the year. The coordinator is supposed to appoint a roughly equal number of judges from the major parties to ensure a fair election.

colorado?....maybe they were just too stoned to be able to count at all??
It has always seemed that vote fraud, regardless of how its done, is inherently un-American and contemptuous of the basic concept of freedom and human rights.
How the vote cheaters are able to rationalize this dishonorable practice is hard to understand.
