If someone robs or assaults me, I go to the authorrities IMMEDIATELY so that he/she gets their butts tossed in the slammer.....

We're not talking about a robbery here. It's rape. Being sexually violated. Then picking yourself up and getting to the authorities to have them ask you a thousand questions, and have them scold you because you took a shower to remove all the "evidence". No, there are reasons why women don't go to the authorities after being raped. And if it happened, it happened whether it was reported to the police or not.

that certainly is true, but your claim and case is a hell of a lot stronger if you report in 1980 and don't wait until 2014. I find it amazing that there are about 5-6 women making claims but NONE of them make official accusations at the time...I can understand one or two....but all of them?????? More to this than meets the eye.
