oh yes..... the type ....cost me over a hundred bucks

And you likely waited several days to get it too! Used to do Carl's Jr. ads in the 1970s, we'd shoot photos of a hamburger sprayed with clear lacquer and fake cheese then airbrush the heck out the photo to make it look "real."

the food photo stuff ,,,,preparation for a shoot...that ive seen “documented” is rather astonishing

Elmers Glue used for white sauce was a standout....
