I bet it is only southern Idaho in tater country. Why would they live in the panhandle and Montana side. Not enough cattle ranches to hire them.
Not sure but there are plenty around here in South Central Idaho. Lots of farms and dairies here.
That seems to rely on a premise that they went there to look for work.
I wouldn't discount the possibility that they're being sent there to weaken a conservative voter base.
