For years in general it's been warnings that if an enemy has nuclear weapons it'd be suicide for invading troops should it become necessary to go to war against that enemy.
The first time we would know they have nukes is when New York does up in smoke. Then Obama would do nothing—the UN would be gone—and those wise IS people would make it so no one knows who really did it.
