As has been repeated ad nauseam, Ebola can only be transmitted by an infected person after the onset of symptoms; Hickox has not displayed any symptoms of Ebola, and there is no indication that she was ever infected.

Creating a public nuisance is breaking the law. She did far more than this. She created a public health danger.
