Affirmative action DOES discriminate against both Asians and non-Hispanic whites. That is an undeniable FACT.
It’s obviously true that AA discriminates against everyone who isn’t favored by it. You can’t tilt the field without one side going down while you pick up the other one.
A possible (/S) solution: Sue and settle. Exclude Asians from the disadvantaged pool and double-screw the whites, who are the source of all evil, anyway. Who ever heard of Yellow Privilege?

All non-Caucasian racial groups will work relentlessly for their own benefit, no matter which direction the favoritism comes from.
Asians used to be very much on the AA boat, and a lot still are. The Mayor of San Francisco spent his whole life suing the crap out of everyone to get goodies for his line of genetics.
Now he heads up a city that his family had nothing to do with, but he claims it’s his now since other people with similar genes as his were somehow kept out in the past.
Next, he wants your car!
But I digress....
There’s only one genetic line that gets no goodies...and we all know who that is.
I think a “Pigford”-type settlement against Harvard is in order. Anyone who ever applied to Harvard or even thought about applying to Harvard deserves a large check from the school!
Funny - asians were all for affirmative action when it benefited them...
If the Republicans were SO STUPID they would realize that there is a HUGE OPENING for picking up the Asian vote (and yes, there are a LOT of them in this country now).
But most likely they don’t want to learn Asian as that’s a really tough language (as Republicans see it).
