The fact the POTUS must respond to what the MIT Professor has said on many occasions...and that Obama was in the room when the decision was made to mislead (POTUS Decision by Presence), shows how easy it would be for a REAL opposition Party to repeal it, either via defunding or a 67% vote outright.
