I don't agree. Some neighborhoods are platted with deed restrictions written into a covenant. That covenant of restrictions does and should stay with the property. But everyone is and should be free to not buy property that has deed restrictions on them. Its a big fee country and we're all free to buy property without these restrictions.

BUt yeah... the guy who buys a 700k house in our neighborhood and thinks he's gonna park two junk cars and a boat in the driveway for an extended period of time has probably made a mistake.

So what if a homeowner doesn’t want to pay for the lawn guy, he wants to do his own lawn or pay his cousin to do it instead? Does he have the choice?
