We’re just entering the open-enrollment period. I haven’t looked at anything yet, as I’ve been busy with other projects. Moda sent me a letter stating that my current policy was being discontinued & said they’d placed me on the one that most nearly matched the original (which is what I’d purchased after my insurance was cancelled when Obamacare was initiated). I’m just about ready to give up on insurance completely, adjust my taxes so I have to pay at year end & refuse to pay the fine.
If I am not mistaken there is little to prevent you,under the current laws, from not carrying insurance until you really need it and then sign up.Maybe some fines or such.
