I think the shirt is awesome. I reminds me of classic Science Fiction and Fantasy illustrations as well as those Mid-Modern pin-up illustrations.
Inappropriate for a workplace, and for a public appearance. And generally elsewhere, IMO, but that’s his business. I’m surprised no one who who works with didn’t call him out on it first.
I’d say, if there’s a problem, it’s with the tats, not the shirt!
