It wouldn’t stop Obama, but it would force Republicans to act.

I agree with you, that 10 Million descending on DC would "make for quite a protest/statement." It would work, but only if it were a sustained protest, that did not stop until Fedzilla caved in. Anything less, and the ruling class will continue to do what they've been doing to us for the last hundred years.
If such a protest isn't organized and carried out, the window on peaceful means will close forever.

Right, a sustained 10 million would be the only successful avenue.

And notice how Obama timed this for the winter weather. NOT an accident.

When this subject came up months ago, I offered up the following suggestion, which I still would support: That serious people with credibility and visibility discuss the impeachment option in a sober and open nondefensive manner.
This subject cannot be allowed to be oppressed as taboo. It is provided for in the Constitution, and for good reason: to correct a blunder such as the election of a destructive malefactor to the presidency.
I do not advocate waving arms and screaming about "Impeach Obama now." Let the left wingers be the hysterical ones. I do not expect Obama will ever be impeached, however richly he deserves it. Politically, it won't happen. But the discussion needs to be held, as I say, in a serious and sober fashion.
Impeachment needs to be made respectable, for the sake of the Republic.

Better than that is “I appreciate that you took the time...”
