Oh good grief...issue the findings and get on with life....a meaningless incident in a minor state, a local cop and a local thug...it shouldn’t have even made the front page of the Ferguson paper.
Just these posted warnings lets everyone know what the Grand Jury rule will be. Should be telling honest citizens to stock up on ammo and dont shoot till you see the whites of the vermins eyes.
