The Fox News special The Man Who Killed Osama Bin Laden is a fascinating story.
Time to update that old classic, “The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance”
“exposure and details of the mission a little unsettling in terms of national security “
Nonsense!
Exactly what are you suggesting he gave up?
Probably the guy(s) wanted to clear up the impression left by “Zero Dark Thirty,” which was an “Obama-approved movie,” so not much was true or at least left the impression that thanks to Obama and his promises to the American people, he alone cared to take out Usama bin Laden!
He’s says as much, giving kudos to all the American teams, who collectively, worked on finding that ass wipe.
He goes so far saying he was just lucky to end up in the position to kill that Korananimal, due to the Op going sideways after the 1st helicopter went down.
None the less, a very good documentary ...
I thought it was a very good interview.
I thought it was a great interview, too.. and a real coup for Peter Doocy.
There is a lot of rumor and innuendo about the mysterious deaths of Seal Team 6 since the raid. Also there are no pictures of UBL dead. Could it be that this interview was to guarantee this Seal lives and to beat the drum for BO. After all, we’ve been told that we’re dumb and will believe anything. Maybe Fox was used.
He may have given kudos to his team and called it a team effort, but the name of the show is The MAN who shot UBL. It’s his life story that was presented, and he’s the one giving the interview. I sense a little self-grandizement. But it was an interesting interview.
It was a great interview. He was giving much due to his team. I felt a lot of compassion for the man. I could image to be put into that place of history then meeting those 9/11 families making the decision to speak out or not. Most of the footage, I have already seen on the net before (so, I wasn’t shocked that we are seeing secrets). My biggest take away, how proud that I am of all of our service people; the discipline, the duty to serve for country. I will always keep Rob in my prayers. Rob, thank you for your service.
Little difficult to rally around more than one man...
Look Obama’s record.
He was the pointman and we excoriate him daily, over passage of Obamacare but, it was the collective efforts of Democrats, who pushed that POS on to his desk for signature.
“”it wasn’t one man who killed bin Laden, it was a team effort””
As he stated over and over on the show.....
“”I thought it was a very good interview.””
“”I thought it was a great interview, too.. and a real coup for Peter Doocy.””
I thought it was great too. I thought the guy handled himself very professional without ahs and hmms or you knows - and he was very articulate. Much more so than many of the commentators we see every day. Not disappointed in it at all.
I was also pleased that Megan had Pete Hegseth on at the end to get in the licks about the loud mouths from the administration; (obozo and Biden) who couldn’t wait to release as much info as they did and the many times obozo used “I”, “me” when talking about the raid..
Just an observation of an natural born civilian. Woe be upon me(or any other civilian) if I seem to be telling any honored service hero what he can do.
I'm just damned glad that SOB bin Laden is taking a permanent dirt nap!
Maybe Operational secrets or(what I think in this case)they job description involves unconventional tactics offing controversial targets like bin Laden. And the possibility of bin Laden’s fanatic followers seeking mad vengeance upon the “so called evil-doer” and upon their family and loved ones.
It's a crazed world out there and way too many insane people wanting to make a name(or seventy virgins) for themselves.
